Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all beauty and cosmetic products are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened or used.
Returns
We only accept returns if:
• The item received is damaged
• The wrong product was sent
• The item arrived defective
To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with:

• Clear photos of the item and packaging
Refunds
Once your request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.
